CPU Memory Address Ranges for 21x Series

STEP 7-Micro/WIN 32 identifies the CPU model when you perform any operations that require communication with the CPU. As you create your program, you must ensure that the I/O and memory ranges that you enter are valid for the CPU where the program is to be downloaded.

If you attempt to download a program that accesses I/O or memory locations beyond the range of your S7-200 CPU, you receive an error message.
